Shop management

The day-to-day of running the shop: what sold, what still has to be sent, what people said about it, and whether the price is leaving anything behind. Every screen follows the shop you are currently in, and shops are switched from a control in the page header rather than by signing out and back in.

Dashboard

What actually happened, day by day

Sales, best sellers and listing traffic across your shops. The app's own description of the screen

Etsy shows you today. It does not keep a history you can look back through, so SummaGrove records one itself: views, favourites and price for every listing, every day. After a few weeks that turns into the thing the shop owner actually wants — a line, not a number.

  • Sales, daily or monthly — the same figures at whichever granularity makes the pattern visible.
  • Best sellers and most viewed — which are not always the same listings, and the gap is the interesting part.
  • Views and favourites over time — recorded daily, so a listing that is quietly sliding shows up before the sales do.
  • Price position — where your prices sit against the category you are selling into.
  • Top performers in your category — the listings doing well in the same corner of Etsy as yours.
  • Several shops at once — connect more than one Etsy account and switch between them in a click.
Listings

Edit one listing, or four hundred

Manage listings across your connected shops. The app's own description of the screen

A single grid over every connected shop, with the columns you care about and the widths you dragged them to remembered between visits. Most work happens inline. The jobs that are miserable one listing at a time have a bulk path instead.

  • Bulk actions — append to titles or descriptions, or mark prices up, across many listings at once.
  • AI listing copy — draft a title, description and tags, or improve the ones already there.
  • AI photo feedback — what the photography is doing for the listing, and what it is not.
  • Add photos to an existing listing without leaving the grid.
  • CSV export of whatever the grid is currently showing.
  • Empty is not the same as broken — every grid says whether it is loading, failed, or genuinely has nothing.

Create a listing

Fill in the details, add photos and video, then post now or queue for batch upload. Digital files are handled alongside physical stock, and the same AI photo feedback is on hand while you are still choosing the images.

Shipping profiles

Reusable shipping settings — attach one to each physical listing so it can be activated. Etsy will not let a physical listing go live without one, so the profile is built once and reused rather than retyped per listing.

Orders

What is waiting to be sent

Receipts for the selected shop, newest first. The app's own description of the screen

The list opens on what still needs doing rather than on a full order history. Record a shipment with its tracking number and Etsy notifies the buyer for you — the same message they would get if you had done it in Etsy's own interface, because that is exactly what happens underneath.

  • Waiting to be sent, separated from everything already dealt with.
  • Ship, with tracking — confirm the shipment and the buyer is notified automatically.
  • CSV export for the bookkeeping that lives outside this app.
Reviews

Replies that read like a person wrote them

Customer feedback for the selected shop. The app's own description of the screen

Average rating and the full run of feedback, with a drafted reply for each one. The drafts reference what the buyer actually said rather than filling in a template, and a review that needs a real look — an unhappy one, an ambiguous one — is flagged as such instead of being handed a cheerful answer. Nothing posts by itself.

  • Average rating and the count behind it, at the top of the screen.
  • Drafted replies you edit and send, never replies that send themselves.
  • Tough ones flagged so a canned answer never lands on a review that deserved thought.
  • CSV export of the feedback as it stands.
Profit calculator

What the sale actually leaves you

What a sale actually leaves you, after Etsy takes its cut. The app's own description of the screen

Etsy's fees are not one number. There is a listing fee, a transaction fee, a payment processing fee that varies by country, and — if the sale came through an ad — an offsite ads fee that can dwarf the rest. The calculator lays the sale out against your own costs and shows what is left, so a price is set on arithmetic rather than on a guess about what feels right.

  • The sale — price, shipping charged, quantity.
  • Your costs — materials, postage, packaging, whatever the item genuinely costs to make and send.
  • Etsy fees — itemised, so you can see which one is doing the damage.
